OK What appears to be the same jack as posted by OP is sold by SGS , they call it a low profile jack However when SGS sell it with axle stands, it's called a low entry jack. What's the difference, maybe ask SGS sgs-engineering.com/tjl2-2-tonne-low-profile-trolley-jack

In my younger days up the kerb worked but never tried the man hole. Mind you, finding someone to hold the horses head could be a problem.
...or just driving one side of the car up a high kerb and getting under it to do the work? Or lifting a manhole cover and standing in it whilst a mate drives the car over it? Oh the good old days.
