About this deal

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

This is a proper quirky deal, because only people who have played shadow man back in the day on the Dreamcast/N64/PS1 may probably really appreciate this game and how creepy it was!

So I bought this at full price a while back.. £19 if memory serves, and it was worth that IMO for the full blown nostalgia I got from it.

In the remaster though, they have added/changed new levels, so when venturing into 'liveside' to hunt the serial killers, it is not just based in the prison but in new levels which were planned in the original game but never made it to the full release.

Luckily nightdive studios seen a pretty decent cult following and saw an opportunity to resurrect this amazing game while bringing in new weapons, adding new textures, lighting and whole plethora of other additions to the game we loved back in the day.

Although the graphics never aged well, the addition of new HD textures and better lighting has taken this game into a more modern era. The graphics still won't change the world, but the improved gameplay over the original has really helped to revive this game and of course the music is still ever frightening by the legendary Tim Haywood.

There are also ports now released on the switch and playstation I believe but this is controller compatible so easy to play on the pc as well.

Use code BIG14 to get for £2.64 on Kinguin or g2play

Does this require a Kinguin account to purchase?

I don't think you can buy without account as the key needs keeping somewhere. Same price on G2Play if that helps, Kinguin are often the cheapest though so worth having an account IMO.

Bad ones . This was a pretty poor game. My brother and I never forget the devs overly promoting this in an interview on Cybernet (remember that 3am programme!?) : "it's like Zelda's evil twin".

One of the most atmospheric games you’ll ever play. The soundtrack and effects are amazing and still hold up today.

Thanks for posting this, I want to play it but have no nostalgia, so I didn't want to pay too much. Went for Gamivo over Kinguin for £3.11.
