Still overpriced.
Overpriced... And then you also have to add all of the various fees and expenses and costs UberEats adds to it...
Places like Armstrongs home of the jumbo cod needs to be banned from Uber eats , they do more worse than hide the delivery fees within the price increase they also make you pay for delivery on top of that which is £4 plus £1.50 service charge , you cannot but individual items like you can Instore and they have bumped up the prices compared to instore so your getting done over big time, I avoid all places who do this and think we don’t notice

eg
Normal instore menu
Cod 3.00
Jumbo cod 6.50
Chips regular 1.45
Large chips 3.00
Side 70p-£1 depending on size

Uber eats
Cod chips & side £7.75
Small chips 2.00 (instore they don’t sell small only regular and large)
Also You can’t buy cod separate like you can instore

So buying direct
Cod fish and side £5.15

Buying through Uber eats
Cod fish side , delivery and service charge
£13.25

Madness

If they say really your paying £5.15 but the rest goes to charity I’d accept that but they cleary exploiting people in this pandemic is inhumane to all the vulnerable elderly people who can’t leave there home

I know many people who are in this business of food and they haven’t been hit bad for them to increase prices like this also to note this was the price setup before the pandemic so no excuses
