    Don't trust their five year warranty you'll find anything that breaks easily due to bad design is put down to the user.

    Not as good as their upright cleaners for carpets - the weight of the canister keeps the brush roller in better contact with the carpet. Take that 5 year warranty with a pinch of salt - they refused to supply a third motor head when mine failed with the same fault as the previous two - a broken wire inside the flexible joint.

    Really? I thought the upright was absolutely **** so if these are worse you’d be better buying a dustpan and brush

    Often available at £99 …. I quite like mine & find it more than powerful enough & that’s with three large dogs that always seem to be moulting
