Quite expensive as a vacuum cleaner but it has 2 batteries and pet power brush. Cheaper than Sharks own sale (sharkclean.eu/uk/…kt/). Plus hearing very good things about the shark brand, hopefully batteries last longer than dysons.

  • DuoClean Technology - Unique 2 brushroll design, working together
to remove large, small and stuck on messes from carpets and hard
    floors.
  • Flexology - Enjoy the freedom to Reach, Store and Charge this vacuum anywhere in your home.Washable Foam & Felt Filters
  • Double the Run Time - Remedies the frustrations of limited run time with a second battery, providing up to 44 minutes run time from a single charge.
  • Converts to Handvac - Go from stairs to surfaces to soft furnishings in an instant with handy on-board tools.
  • Ideal for Pet Owners - Includes the Motorised Pet Tool for removing stubborn pet hair from stairs and upholstery.
  • 5 Year Manufacturer Guarantee (2 Years on Battery)

Sharks are good, got the duo upright and on full power will rip the fibres out my carpet!! Can't fault it although a different model to the one the OP has shared
Won't be 100% brand new from cash converters can also tell you that 5 year warranty will voided by shark as they are not an approved shark third party retailer. For £8 more amazon are themselves selling these brand new fully sealed with the full 5 year warranty recognised by shark as amazon are an approvefd third party.

Dyson v10 the ULTIMATE in cordless vacuum cleaners.

That might well be the case can't comment on that myself as I think it's way overpriced for what it is. However shark are quickly knocking Dyson down at least in the uprights in recent years and Dyson's announcement that it is axing uprights altogether in favour of the V10 will more than likely move shark to number one for corded uprights, not a good business move by Mr Dyson.
Check Argos, sometimes have deals on the sharks

I'm never going back to corded and I know a lot of people feel the same way, so I understand Dyson's decision. But you are wrong when you say Dyson are axing uprights altogether. They are not. They are only going to stop developing new corded models. They will still be selling their old Dyson corded models to anyone who wants to buy them. But if you can get the Dyson V10 at a good price then there's really no reason to go for corded as that is a very backward move imo.

But they are he has said that production will of corded uprights will be phased out altogether. I don't want an out of date vacuum with poor suction control on deep pile carpets. Another point to mention is dyson repair standards have dramatically gone down hill over the years. Repair engineer used to come out and fix problem first time now they are not allowed to carry the spare parts for dyson models and instead often come out and assess the fault followed by ordering the part on their mini iPad and paying a nother visit a week later to fit the part. 2 week turn around time is pretty poor. My shark developed a fault on the spin brush and they had no spares left so was sent a brand new upright in exchange for faulty one total turn around time? 3 days.
