No but that is not really a bad thing. Dyson turn around time to get an engineer out is an average of 2 weeks from reporting the problem. If they haven't got the parts required to fix the problem it can be up to another 2 weeks to order part and engineer to return. Shark replace parts where possible within 3-5 days but often have them with you in about 2 days and if they can't replace the part they do a full like for like replacement.
Not sure about quality of the Shark's products but price wise is not discount really to me if product sold by manufacture. Amazon prime price for shark was 199 were everywhere 375 - this is discount. I bought speakers from sony direct for 450 but everyone selling it for 800 - 850 = this is discount. A couple quid off from direct manufacturer sale - a joke.
I bought this with twin battery for £299 from QVC 2 weeks ago. So look for another seller rather from shark which is expensive in my opinion
They've just sent me out replacements when I've had issues
Do shark had engineers that come out and fix any issues like Dyson do?
