My bedroom telly broke and I’m feeling a bit poor at the moment. Searched all over the place and couldn’t find a deal like this. Fairly certain it’s not a smart tv, it’s not 8k or OLED etc. However as a cheap bedroom/kids telly I think it’s excellent. Price includes the Costco 5 year warranty too.

there was some sort of in store discount added at the till. It must be on promotion.

Nothing wrong with a HD Ready TV for £107.

Not everyone needs full HD.

Not everyone can tell the difference!
Voted hot considering the price, perfect for spare room. Why pay more if only used occasionally. Got a full HD 32 inch in the spare room, paid double this price, but TBH I rarely have it on, this would have been perfect.

720p now there's a blast from the past. My mates still got an old 1080i Samsung TV with the Fifa Logo burnt into the corner he's played it so much
720p? Yeah that's about what it's worth £7.20

Given the rest of the spec it would seem odd that a 1080p panel would have cost much more to add in. Maybe the American Pickers found a barn full of old 720p panels.

People get too hung up on specs. Yes it might not be the best if it's your main TV that's being fed with a 4k picture from sky or virgin but if it's for a bedroom and showing Freeview content then it's more than up to the job.
Thanks, perfect for our spare room

I also dont like lies:
“Cinematic DTS Sound enhancementTruSurround HD creates an immersive, feature-rich surround sound experience from two speakers, complete with rich bass, high frequency detail and clear dialogue”

Might as well say a 20w blutooth speaker is like having Glastonbury in your pocket.
I’m always interested in people’s opinions but I do get a bit confused by some of the feedback.

Its only a 32” tv so it’s small, my 75” that’s in the livingroom is 4K so in terms of pixels size and how sharp the resolution is in terms of pixel density the 4K tv has over 4x the area of the 32. Technically the pixels per inch must be similar. Viewing distance probably playing a much bigger role than the actual resolution.

the picture will only ever be as good as the source. Even on my big telly I rarely watch 4K content. Things only need to be as good as you have a purpose for.

Im watching the tv just now, picture is sharp colours seem good. Sound is better than many flat/thin TVs I heard.

Finally its a brand new telly in a reasonable size, that will work with most new tech. Seems to have lots of features and it’s just over £100. It was a no brained for me. The other options were 2nd hand and typically more expensive. Or I could have spent 50% more and got much the same spec on a different deal. I genuinely think this is the cheapest 32” brand new tv you can buy that includes a 5 year guarantee. I would be happy to be proven wrong so please do explain alternatives I might have missed because I can take this back if I change my mind.

unless people are finding fault because it’s a better deal than they got....
this is a great price for a spare telly for playing some Wii, Wii U, 360, PS Mini, Snes Mini................................

As it has component, also decent for PS2, Xbox original, etc. Not bad at all for pre HD retro stuff in all honesty.Wish it had a VGA for dreamcast..

Personally I have never heard the sound quality from the TV so I can't pass judgement, however either way it's not the OPs fault. The TV was posted as it's a 32" TV perfect for a bedroom at a really good price. Any issues with the advertising of the product should be taken up with the company responsible or trading standards.

It wasnt a reflection on the OP, how could it be?
Its just companies that bend the truth for a sale.
