*Updated 23rd May: 43 inch smart tv offer still on for Sharp with a 5 year warranty. If you are after a 43 inch 4k tv there is also an offer for a Finlux for £259 delivered*

Only a little more than the 40" model posted not so long back. There have some been some decent offers on 4K TVs recently, but if they aren't for you, this could suit. Seems to have good specs for the overall outlay here.

£280 for a 43'' 1080p Sharp in 2018? Why on Earth is this going hot...
I got the 49” in the 2016 Tesco Black Friday sale for £199.Great TV for the money but don’t think I would pay £280 for the 43” 18 months later

Spend little more and buy 4k now. Full HD is discount ed in all stores as they try to get rid of them. I would not be surprised if it is discount ed even more.

What difference does that make?
I plan on a 43" TV on the wall and actual viewing distance may be 3m. Don't plan to plug anything more than a Freeview aerial and a Fire Stick in hidden behind it. Pretty sure 4K would make no difference and isn't worth paying the extra for.
1 year warranty voted cold spend a few extra quid and get one from richersounds or John Lewis for extended warranty

More future proof
“Smart” features on sharp tv is shocking. Wish I’d spent a bit more and got different brand. Always slow and crashing so use laptop instead of smart features

The HUKD clique and fake heat perhaps?
I bought a 43inch, full hd, smart, Sharp TV about 18 months ago for £250.....this is shocking.....and so is the TV. Takes ages to start up, even when the screen is on, you can't change channel or input for about another minute, and the only smart function that works is YouTube.....sometimes.

Can you expand? Whose the clique and why does it benefit them to post deals?
World Cup this Summer - the peak TV selling period globally for TV makers. But the world looks as if it is heading into recession so methinks we will see some panic hot TV deals at the time of the World Cup... especially if there is a boycott of it by certain nations.
Got a sharp from Curry's for £199 for a 40 inch
