Heat from me.

Very good value, thanks OP just ordered.

Tempting. Great price, I will probably wait too long and miss out haha

Ordered one for the parents. They don't need/wouldn't use SMART features and as their Hanspree went pop last week this is good timing.
Thanks drc.

need cheap TV for bedroom, or i might use it as computer monitor? what do you think? I got HDMI port in my computer..

Heat added.. Thanks

Thought 'drc' was another Internet slang term I hadn't heard =D, googled it before I realised it was the ops name! D'oh! If anyone's interested apparently it stands for

* DRC Dancing Robot Contest (Robot Battle tournament)
^_^

But back on track, good deal so have some heat!

Thank you OP, was just looking for a Full HD 32" for the bedroom. Heat added and ordered :-)

A bit concerned about the Sharp website spec- sharpmea.com/cps…111

Clearly states 32" WXGA (1366 x 768) LCD Panel but the Sainsburys website has FUll HD 1080p plastered all over it, will return if not 1080.

Good find though

This is cheap!

I caved in and ordered one for the bedroom! Wife's gonna kill me in the morning..

That model seems different as it also states LED, but this one posted by OP is LCD. Googling this one, I get results that all point to 1080p.

This is an LE240E. Seems it's for the Central European market and is 1080p.

See here.

Seems I am a bit slow, what does this mean? Getting more and more tempted to order. Any online reviews?

It means that if you plug in a correctly formatted USB drive, you can pause and record live TV.

Sounds good, I am quite good with tech, but I have been a bit slow tv wise. Need one for my second room, this is looking good. Is it a HD tuner? No mention on the page, doesn't matter too much to be honest but would make it even better

"HD tuner (DVB-T / DVB-C), MPEG2 / MPEG4 H.264"

Is there a website out there for comparing tvs? Like the ones for mobile phones.

Tempted so so tempted.... Just think 32 may be too small!!

NO!! Warning! It's not Freeview HD. British Freeview HD complies to the DVB-T2 protocol that is not supported by this TV.

This is going to get damn HOT in the morning.

Ordered for my daughter nice find thanks.

tempting as i watch all my tv streamed from my phone and dont have a full hd in the front room... but just not that bothered hmmm

Just ordered one. Heat added

Seriously for the price, the spec is great.

According to the users guide it plays various media formats through the USB including HD .mkv files of H.264 format. LED edge-backlit panel, low power consumption. Great! Ordered and heat added!

Looks good to me - heated.

Any codes before I put order through please?

Is anyone's order still processing? I ordered yesterday and they have already taken money from my account.

Sounds good - so I can use a portable hard drive (as opposed to a USB stick)?

Crombie

This is a Sharp.

Great explanation, thank you! I see how you start off with the pros and cons, explaining it inside out and finishing off exhaustively with the special features of the tv.

Is it a Vestel TV rebranded? Still very cheap!
