Dear parents, PLEASE do not buy these for your children; they do NOT need permanent markers for school, no matter how much they say they do!

Yours,
A teacher whose shiny new, one-year-old tables are now ruined
Back to school?! I haven't even finished for summer yet!

Good tip!

I may ask them to only use Sharpies if they’re prepared to use their own time and hand sanitiser to clean it off!

Thanks!

As long as you don’t get the kids to do lines on your white board (not sure if that is the right pc term to use) with them I must not write with Permanent marker whilst on school property you’ll be fine

Yeah and they don't call them rulers any more either. They have to call them wobble stoppers. It's PC gone mad, i tell you.
You know, these days if you say white board, you'll get arrested and thrown in jail.
