This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Shell has introduced new scheme.
It gives money off at 10th fill up.
Plus some free stuff on the way to the 10th fill up.
I personally received 2£ off 10£ minimum fill up.
Then I was filling up by approx 10£ everytime to collect "fill ups".
At 6th fill up I got free regular costa coffee(worth 2.80).
Then at 8th fill up I got a small bar(worth like 40p).
And on my first 10th fill up 2£ off 10£ spend on fuel.
So I kept filling up by 10£ to collect the next money off.

So at 9th fill up I got another 1£ off 10£ spend on fuel...and on 10th one £1.60 off £10 spend.
Basicly keep doing that and there will be free stuff on way plus some money off at every 10th fill up.
I already saved over 10£...and its only the begining.
When you registed you can ask for card and a fob as well...plus there are some extras in app so you can earn more as well...plus 10% off on some products in store.

This system is stupid...I was using the previous loyalty card from Shell, but this one is no good. I am not going to go to the petrol station and fill 10 times with 10 quid so I could get a £2 off ..I always fill my tank and it costs aprox 80£. So for 800£ worth of petrol I will get 2£ off. WOW, what an offer !

Preferred the old way of collecting points per litre as I always fill my tank to full from around a quarter so this new method penalises those people
Been out for a few months & I use it but it’s pish poor tbh
Misslovely17/07/2019 09:32

Oh no . Il just have to fill £10 then.

Also max 3 a day!!!
Remember 3 is max a day.
10 minutes between fill ups/shopping.
I did fill up 4x and it did not accepted 4th Visit.

They know my face by now in my local Shell...they must be thinking..."here we go....10£ fill up MAN...greedy for bonuses"..
Hahaha..i dont mind.

Similar situation for us but luckily we drive past our local petrol station most days so we've had to do two or so fills per week (bit of a pain though).

Lol. I'm gonna fill £10 up but if the deals are poor next time I wont go

You have to wait 10 minutes between each transaction.
Not that I love the scheme in any way but it also works if you spend £2+ in store. So if you buy a couple of cold drinks for £2.50 you get a 'visit'. These then add up pretty quickly to get to your fuel reward.

I just fill up at Costco now, Premium costs the same as the regular supermarkets.
Cheers... Ordered the Card and Keyfob instead of using the app.
As above, can confirm it's garbage compared to the simpler previous rewards system. I buy a lot of V power and got small but decent amounts back every so often. Now the randomness of this just means I'm less likely to bother with it.

Exactly the way Shell wanted it to be, of course.....
Doesn’t sound like a scheme worth investing too much time with. Seems stupid to waste your time visiting to fill up a tenner at a time just to get £2 off and maybe the odd coffee or little choc bar
Just had wine gums free

In app you have extra deals.like if you fill up 3x 30 litres of Vpower you will get 5p off.
You buy 3 costa coffee youll get 4th free.
All my friends are happier due to new rules.
I have not met a person that was worst off...sorry...i just met you

Some people have no life...at least they have a reason to go out more often

This is a new scheme...let it run for 12 month$ and then be a judge my friend...
What scheme would you come up with???
You now have an attention of all HUKD members...
All eyes on you mate
Been spending an average of £40 per visit. After 10 trips (spending £400) I got £2 voucher. Very poor tbh, how much has others had? Just curious
Edited by: "frozenfish" 18th Jul
This doesn't penalise people who fill up a full tank, the rewards you get is pro rata. Every 300 litres they refund you. As a monster addict I've had 2 free cans and a free coffee. I've had about £15 worth of free fuel in 3 months rather a £6 voucher every 6 months

Well that is the case.
You wont get higher value reward.
The key foe Shell is to lure you back everyday so you buy aomething fron shop as that is where profit is.
They do make little money on fuel.
Food and drinks are gold mine for shell

old loyalty scheme was much better. what's the point giving rewards for every visit rather than the amount of fuel put in?!

4.80 but I probably spend 80ish a time
What I 'love' about the Shell offers: you get a voucher for a free bottle of Coke Zero or Buxton water and when you go to redeem it they have every single brand/item on the shelves except the one you have a voucher for. I'm not just referring to my local Shell garage. This has been the case for me multiple times at Shell garages up and down the country. When I once asked the staff if they purposely took these promo items off the shelves I got a smirk in reply.

Oh right, as long as your imaginary friends are happier then that works for everyone else plus all the other people you randomly meet you speak to immediately about Shell rewards as your primary pressing concern in day to day life. I'm guessing you haven't been reading the comments from other people in this thread too well.......

This scheme is clearly designed to be more opaque than the previous simpler rewards, and certainly designed to reward only those meeting various strict criteria. Which you have to carefully track to get anything remotely worthwhile out of it.

Hence me pointing this fact out, as that means more people are less likely to bother with it. By making it more convoluted Shell are almost certainly putting people off. Fairly obvious reason why they would want to do this....

Youre right, but its a world we do live in at the moment.
If you want you can use bp or esso or other station...its up to you where you take tour business...
Its like you saing ...i wont shop it my local tesco because they put prices up and I dont like it...but it could be because the rent went up...or minimum wage gone up...or inflation...or pound lost 10% value...business is business...if its not making money it will go bust and your friends or you or me could loose jobs.
Will you work for 3£/h? No you wont...it wont make sense to you...you would wont 10£/h...so you go to a place where you can make money...
Same with shell...true some people are worst off...but some are better off...
You should not think about that you lost somerhing...you should be happy I am better off as this new rules make me a welthy man now enjoy my happines brother
I prefer the new reward system. Yes I do fill up only £10 every time I pass my local Shell station but I've already saved £8 since May whereas before I would get like £5 in 6 months. It takes only a few minutes to fill up so it's not a big deal for me.
