Change currency to GBP on page, although I'm sure Voidu complete transactions in the EURO, check out with PayPal and use their conversation rate. No more than £16 at most.

It's all good mate, I was just alerting you incase you was looking to buy. As a heads up, Voidu are on the approved Sega resellers list.

I feel like the PC version may be the one to go for if the option is there. I am anticpating that there will be plenty of mods from the community.

Smart move. It also won't be dead in 3 years when new consoles arrive and most of the games don't work with the new machines again.

Feel the same way about shenmue 3 too but i can't justify a gaming rig a gaming laptop won't last long...
I played through Shenmue the other month... it's not a good game and you will play 5 mins for nostalgia, then realise it. Don't waste your money unless you're some hardcore fan, at which point you probably have a Dreamcast any ways. I was running around looking for Sailors for a couple hours.... feck this, the game sucks.

I remember it being amazing purely for the graphics back in the day, but even then I didn't think it was good... I just played Virtua Tennis for hours instead. Remember that Gamespot review? They gave it like a 6 or 7? People raged, but it was the truth...

Gaming laptops are a different beast since they brought out the mobile/laptop NVidia 10 series, they're up there with their desktop siblings. They can be quite expensive though. I doubt Shenmue 3 will have a high spec requirement to be honest.

If you didn't think it was good (other than the graphics) back in the day, it's hardly surprising that you still don't enjoy it now.

There will be no mods for this because it uses Denuvo.

I'm inclined to agree, it's a product of its time and hasn't aged gracefully. Although I was highly impressed by the graphics and attention to detail 18 years ago I don't have particularly fond memories of the gameplay. I fear newcomers to the franchise may find themselves disappointed and would perhaps be better served by Yakuza 0.
