Market movements are hard to predict but with low investments to just dip your toes in the water the downside(as is the upside is very small). This deal is good because of the cashback. With £30 a month you get almost 100% return after 4 months. If you are looking for long-term growth, you should invest more but also look at different stock ISA providers as their strategies can be different (some are slow and steady, others focus on short-term growth and take more risks). There is plenty of information online on this, have a read.

Thanks for your replied, I understand a little better lol
I will check online to get more information

My advice to anyone opening a S&S ISA is to check this comparison site comparefundplatforms.com/. Cashback can seem tempting but the higher fees will erode any gains that your money may make. Go for the lowest fee possible.

It should be made clearer that this is an investment, not a savings vehicle, so its risky, especially with Brexit uncertainty and how that will affect stocks and shares. Such investments rarely give you their past performance as a guide, so you have no idea whether they are worth investing in.

Also Quidco are usually difficult about paying cashback but now even TCB are at it. One trick when you join TCB is they make you a paying member (£5 a year) without telling you! I know its not much but when you earn £13 cashback and take £5 off it, its a large chunk taken away. Cashback sites are becoming as deceptive as gambling websites.

TCB is ok when it works however I have had over £300 denied and currently have 5 untracked claims. One last thing the text says this is a stock market investment but the chances of losing money seem slim.Seriously?

If you're happy to risk the money then this is a good deal, however if you are not it is easy to get more than 3% on your 'savings' if you're clever about it.

A small amount of work (not hard, but you need to focus) and you have standing orders etc that all bounce around to earn you decent (well, the best you can achieve) amounts of interest. Not many switching deals out there anymore but coupled together they would beat this deal with no risk. The disadvantage is if the stocks soar you may get more.

From my experience do not do this, I did this last year, fully complied with all the requirements and cash never got paid, I wasn't even able to raise a query through TCB - my advice would be not to touch it.

Still nothing off legal and general, so i emailed them and they replied saying that they issue the voucher after 4 months so probably wont get it till February by the time they allow for dispatch and delivery time!? I might as well stick it out now, but potentially a bigger outlay.
