Reawaken your inner demon in a modernized version of the acclaimed ATLUS classic, Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster.

What begins as a normal day in Tokyo turns out to be everything but, when the Conception—an ethereal apocalypse—is invoked.

This genre-defining, infamously punishing RPG is back and now includes.

Remastered 3D models and backgrounds.

Additional difficulty settings.

Absolutely loved this game on PS2 back in the day but this remaster I hear is a very lazy/barebones remaster.

I think on the PC there is a mod to uncap the frame rate and also have refresh rates over 60hz. But I have it on Switch. Even a 60fps would have been welcome but it’s a great game regardless.

Best SMT game, along with Strange Journey. Can't speak for the port, though. (edited)

I 100% on the PS2 and it's probably my favourite game on the system (properly introduced me to the SMT franchise as I'd only played spin-offs like Maken X on Dreamcast).

Still can't bring myself to pick this up, at least until it's confirmed that the horribly compressed music has been sorted.
