£125 punt? Forget that hehe
thanks for adding correct link
None in stock
Link to TV BUT it doesn't seem to complete checkout tesco.com/dir…081
Seems to be a mis-price, and it no longer allows you to add it to your basket...
this is what im getting when trying to pay
Sorry, we don't have enough Cello C126230DVB (16 inch) HD Ready LED TV items in stock right now. This item (s) has been added to your save for later basket. You can try to purchase this item again by reducing its quantity.
Also when says none in stock mentions cello 16 inch so almost certainly incorrect

£100 for a 4K 40" TV is cheap.
Bear in mind your contract is with Clever Boxes and not Tesco. Might be a pain in the are to return
Correction, wifey phoned none in stock. Apologies.
sorry all obviously was too good to be true, tesco's mistake

not your fault dazzer, obviously a mistake on tesco or cleverboxes side, i remember cleverboxes did it with the linx 1010 bundle
I just spoke to Tesco on the phone and they verified that the product I ordered is a Shinco 4K 40" TV so that's good enough for me, if I receive anything else, I'll be phoning them up and quoting my phone call and demanding a swap for the correct product. As far as I'm concerned I've done everything I can to check the product details are correct, which they insist they are.

Would advise anyone going ahead with this to take screenshots of the product page and specifications and any order confirmations etc just in case the wrong product is received or any other problems.

Also just to correct the OP, the £10 code doesn't work on this item.
Looks like you guys can't wait to receive your brand new 16 inch television.

See my post, according to tesco these are 40" 4k TVs, which is good enough for me. However, other people are saying it's not so I can't say 100% but as its clearly listed as being a 40" 4k set and no mention of the other 16" people on here said it is for, I would say one would have every right to order it with every expectation of receiving the advertised product....

Cheers for coming back to me. Had trouble with Tesco before when ordering TV's... Incorrect product arriving and also in this instance, they sent me the TV that SHOULD have been listed, not the one that matched the description when I purchased. Not sure whether to take a punt again...
For anyone still following this, it was an error as posted earlier in the thread. I received this email this afternoon:
"Good afternoon,

Firstly I would like to thank you for ordering through the Cleverboxes Tesco Direct store.

Unfortunately there has been an error in the product offered on the Tesco Direct Store. The item we have is a Cello 16" HD Ready LED TV but due to an error as the product was created in the Tesco system it has aligned this to a Shinco 40" Widescreen 4K TV that no longer exists. The main image for the product is for the Cello unit we have available. The other images are for the incorrect model that previously existed on the site. We have unfortunately only spotted this error once an order was taken. We cannot source the Shinco model as this is not a brand that exists at present. For this reason we have no other option but to close the order and trigger a full an refund as the item is not available.

Please accept my sincere apologies for this. We have now suspended the product and have made the item inactive in the system to avoid any further issues. I do hope you understand the reasons for cancelling the order. I have made the relevant team at Tesco aware of the issue and they will be looking into the error that has occurred but more importantly processing your refund as a matter of urgency. The refund can take around 72 Hours before it is applied back to your original payment method but we will escalate the urgency of error to ensure the refund is processed as efficiently as possible. Should you have any issues in receiving this refund please do not hesitate to let us know and we can investigate urgently for you.

Kind regards"

How is it that Tesco confirmed the product and you subsequently received the email below

Miscommunication I'm guessing. I suspect Clever Boxes, the partner who actually supplies it had not yet communicated the problem to Tesco so Tesco were presumably still under the impression that everything was fine and it was actually a 40" 4K TV, though I am surprised the price alone didn't prompt them to query it but maybe the person didn't know anything about TVs or how much they should normally cost....

Have written back to Clever Boxes and directly to Tesco to complain about it and asked Tesco for a price match on a similar TV as they did promise me a TV I now don't have, though I am not overly optimistic of it happening, but doesn't hurt to ask, was their mistake after all.
Ah well - nothing ventured...
Good luck!
