The cost to obtain a windows 10 license key whether that be pro is next to none. The system uses a AMD A5400 which is an APU, but like all APUs overall performance is bad, to make it worse this is a Laptop SOC that found its way onto some miniITX boards sold by the like of Biostar and asrock, worth about £30, plus 4GB ram about £25.00, 320GB HDD about £25.00, probably less as most likely reused, and then a tatty case/psu combo about £20.00, so thats £100.00 of parts, which are not good incomparison to other options, you would be really wasting your money buying this.
CPU benchmark of A5400: 1898
An Intel Core i3-7100U: 3849
For perspective the 7100u is a laptop CPU found on entry-mid level laptops, and is a intel low power chip.
Intel Celeron N3150 a cpu found in ultrasmall form factor computers, such as the gigabyte brix scores 1674, in something that can be found cheaper, from a proper manafacture, in a much smaller form factor.
A old desktop cpu such as the intel E7500 which can be put or found in a dell optiplex which are about £30.00, costs just £2.00 from cex and scores 1877 but scores more than double in single core performance, which occupys most things.

Very cheap, can't complain but someone will no doubt!
I've seen just the windows 10 pro sell for that price alone.
Add in a cheapo monitor brings it close to £200 - maybe better to buy a refurb laptop if gaming requirements aren't important between classes?

Lol. No. It'd struggle to play Mario 3.
Mmm... just to get a pc it's a pretty good price, but don't be fooled by half the stuff it offers. U can get a genuine windows 10 pro key for £17.

You are wrong, it has AMD Radeon 8330

Think they meant it has no dedicated graphics card. As is that 8330 is integrated and it's naff, about equal to an Intel HD 4000 from ivybridge (so 2012) systems. Makes the argument for picking up a used thinkpad a bit stronger since you can find them around this price with ivybridge chips.

Where is the best bet for one of these sub £10 Windows 10 licences?
Well I was right, if this was free people would still pick holes in the specs
