Shipyard – American Pale Ale (4.5%)10 x 330mml cans fridge pack @homebargains
BB Aug 31 2019

In my local HB store, staff say should be national but obviously stock permits.

Appearance: Pale Amber, with a thick white frothy head that disappears quickly.
Aroma: Notes of lemon and grapefruit, treacle, with a light orange, zesty maltiness.
Flavour: A malty sweetness, with a touch of tangerine and a pine, bitter, hoppy finish.

Easy drinking and bursting with flavour!

These are/were 89p per can on Saturday, I found packs of six cans, not in a box but with green plastic handle, I assumed that I would be charged 6 * 89p. When I went to the till and asked for a price check the assistant just scanned one can and charged me 89p for the six pack.... bargain.

Awesome find. Love Shipyard.
This is APA not IPA thats why it is 4.5% not 5% they do not do IPA in cans for some reason.
Stil a nice tipple, was getting a litle bored with the mosiac pale ale cans lol

Is this red or white wine, as I got an alert for wine!

Yes and me but that is IPA not APA which this is,
Not as grapefruity as the IPA but still nice.
Nice drink, oddly I prefer the tinned to the bottled.
Tesco have stopped selling it.

Nice spot, I'm not a big beer drinker but do like this and have been buying in my local B&M for 89p a tin.
Who care what the IPA ha ha it's still a fit ale.

Bought a keg last summer. Lovely stuff with a strong hint of grapefruit. Keg didn't last long, suffice to say.
Was in Christchurch branch today & didn’t spot these will check Bournemouth if I remember ( running low on Super Bock, so NICE ).
Heat Added
Sadly none in Donnington, Telford
