This Enchanted Cottage Playhouse from the Shire will make a show-stopping feature in your garden and keep all princes and princesses happy! It has five windows including one opening side window and a delightful dormer window that allow lots of light. A shaped facia and two window boxes add the finishing touches as well as the pretty mock antique hinges and diamond window detail to the door. The Upstairs is 830x1720 mm and comes complete with a balustrade, ladder and bannister rail. The floor of the playhouse is T&G and the T&G roof is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. It is fully CE-certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full-length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with styrene. It is manufactured in T&G (shiplap) from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC-approved northern European pine over sturdy 34mm square framing. The playhouse is supplied with a dip-treated base coat preservative ready for top coating by you immediately upon installation.
