Thanks for sharing Teqnophile. Do you happen to know if away fans are allowed in? As my kids would be well up for getting involved and making more of our visit in February :D

PS they don't even have time for the FA anti-doping officials - now that's LOL!

great ideas. they have developed the area loads around the ground

Pity none of the first team, ex players or manager can be bothered to support this but it's a nice gesture which Manu & the rest should follow

At least City fans support their local team. Heat:p

Who has said they can't sell out? Give them chance!

Why is it called the champions league when most teams in it aren't champions.

it's ridiculous that City cant sell out for a champions league match against Sevilla. I know a lot of their fans are new, but its the champions league.

Didn't help us having a 7 hour flight from Abu Dhabi that only landed last night. Whoever organised that one needs a P45. Utter madness. Nonetheless, well done Boro

I knew city wouldnt take boro seriously,we were lucky to scrape past sheff weds. Well done to Boro and a premier league return looks likely in may.

Great deal. Shame they couldnt throw a few more tickets boros way, alot of people missed out

well done to City for passing the discount onto Boro as well. Some clubs offer home fans discount and don't pass it on to the away fans. UTB

great price for a football game, probably accurate to say that it will help fill the stadium more than usual, but win win for the fans

Yes, it is. But sadly you can't buy any Man United blu-ray FA Cup finals as they hadn't invented the blu-ray the last time Man U won the FA Cup, but if you are lucky you might be able to buy a copy of the last time Man U lost the FA Cup final, back in 2007

Sold out as usual.

A lot? may be 10 empty seats at the family stand end at a night game - doesnt take a rocket scientist to work out why they may be empty. You cant sell a ticket twice. City sell out week in week out - I can think of 2 league and FA Cup games that havent sold out in the past 2 to 3 years. We have a waiting list of 7000 people who have already paid £100 towards a season ticket when the extension is done, no need to worry about city selling out.

Point is there was a lot of empty setas visible on the TV !...which point are you missing as i thought the article put it across very well ( assuming you did read the article ?)

Do you have to go dressed up as a shiney blue plastic seat to get this deal?

That would be the Chelsea game which was sold out 3 weeks beforehand - what exactly is your point?

Congratulations on your point tonight. You must be delighted to come away from Arsenal with a clean sheet. It's also a more meaningful point than your comment (or this for that matter)!

I'm glad we're thinking along the same lines. I'm stunned at how cold this has gone!

My humbles apologies. Have you never heard of humour and did I mention the version?

Not sure why this is cold (well I have a good idea why). Chepest I can see this for online is £30 from PC World. So hot from me. I wish all English League Club's would do this. Sell the game with there own cover on it.

Maybe. but that must have been to members only - by the time they went on general sale they'd sold out!

Arsenal always do deals for cup games. They charged £10 for the Coventry match

Big thanks to the OP. I'm trying to do the 92 league grounds and had virtually given up on doing the Etihad when I failed even to get a £50 ticket for a home game earlier in the season. Would be nice if Arsenal did something similar - tickets for the Emirates are such a rip off that you have to pay a £25 membership fee just for the privilege of applying for tickets!

Are you simple?

?? You clearly do not follow / go to Chelsea matches. That is standard price for a Premier League game at the moment, unfortunately - if you want to see any of the BIG teams. Chelsea have always discounted cup and midweek games, all Champions League tickets are 35 quid, all Capital One Cup tickets are 25 quid, and FA Cup is 35 quid. Last year all Europa League matches were 25 quid too.

OH is a jinx, they are losing, and a big gust of wind blew my garden furniture up in the air and put a hole in it arghhhh I hate today.

My OH is a Liverpool fan and he got a ticket for today, thanks OP It's gone really dark and it's peeing it down in Manc :|

As a red it's painful but heat from me - at an average of over 3 goals per game this should be great value for fans. Don't know how much they charge for the Jamie Oliver pies and tea though!!!

Don't be too hard on Watford.
