Review
Fourth and final film in the phenomenally successful Dreamworks franchise. After all of his many and varied adventures, Shrek (voiced by Mike Myers) has finally settled down to become a domesticated family ogre. Yearning for the days when he felt like a real ogre, Shrek is duped into signing a pact with smooth-talking wheeler-dealer Rumpelstiltskin (Walt Dohrn). He immediately finds himself plunged into a twisted alternate version of Far Far Away where ogres are hunted, Rumpelstiltskin is king, all his friends have completely different personalities, and Shrek and Fiona (Cameron Diaz) have never even met. It is now up to Shrek to save his friends, restore his world and reclaim his one True Love.

Just had the dispatch email from ordering this morning so not looking like any delays on this one.

So let me get this right. You get the same film on Blu-ray and on DVD as well?

This month I picked up Blu-ray Spiderman Trilogy and Dirty Harry Collection (5 movies) for £9.99 each. So not completely crazy to think Shrek may go that way. Whatever, I have the first 3 on DVD so am happy to wait!

I know, just think that the Disney & Dreamworks franchises normally milk all they cash they can for popular family films. Just look at Disney releasing their films one at a time now on Blu ray sometimes claiming for a ltd time only. The best example recently seems to be the new Special edition Alice in Wonderland released only a few months after the first blu ray version was released.
