Thanks soo much, just what I've been looking for. H + R added!

There is no way that cheap brand microwave was £74 that would make Cookworks microwave more expensive than Samsungs or Panasonics microwaves which is utter rubbish so for that reason cold.

My local big Argos had loads of these instore on the sales floor -mind stuff that's on the sales floor can't be reserved or stock checked from Argos.co.uk IME.

So, if you want one don't think yourlocal hasn't got one until you pop in the store to check.

it has been £74 for the last 12 months and is an excellent microwave. I should know I bought one after waiting for the price to go down.

When you buy samsung, panasonic etc all you are paying for is the label and thier advertising fees.

That's a new one on me. I worked there until last year and it all goes through the same stock system. On many an occasion I'd have to go and grab stock off the shop floor if a reservation came through.

Great price and looks really nice, thanks :thumbsup:

Does this really have a 20 litre capacity?

Reason I ask is this microwaves spec

* Interior capacity 20 litres.
* 24.5cm diameter rotating turntable.
* Maximum dish height 16cm.
* Size (H)25.8, (W)43.3, (D)32.8cm.

compared to the cheap £29.97 17 litre spec (and other 17 Litre microwaves)

# Interior capacity 17 litres.
# 24.5cm diameter rotating turntable.
# Maximum dish height 16cm.
#Size (H)25.8, (W)43.3, (D)32.8cm.

Perhaps inside it is slightly wider on the 20 Litre version?

It was originally £75 and wasn't a microwave oven? PASS.

A very reasonable price. Dont think you will find it at this price else where..

I've had a couple of Panasonic things break on me. Using your logic, Panasonic and Samsung are at liberty to charge whatever they like, regardless of the quality of the item, as long as their logo is on it. Take a wander through TK Maxx for a billion examples of big brand name companies' ability to produce absolute crap.

I brought mine at the weekend! Its small and compact and does just the job!

Definately RED HOT!

Better than alot i have seen in curry and they are priced over £100.00

If you ask me a bargain

Decent deal now but £75 for an Argos cheapy microwave, they must have managed to sell about 4 at that price!

I bought this one from argos the other day and must say it is far superior to this and was a really good buy. It is fully stainless steel, not painted silver. 900w power and 25 litre. All for £64.99 - was £87.99. Plus I got a £5 voucher for spening over £50 so all in it was £60

looks very attractive, bought one , heat added

I ordered one this morning Thanx. Voted hot!!

Ha ha. Just don't try putting your cash in there and accidentally turn it on :-D

Not voting hot or cold on this deal but FYI.

Just to let you guys know - I currently own one of the Cookworks' microware (not this model) & after 2 years it is gone kaput. I paid £50.00 for it. Perhaps, I was just unlucky. :-(.

Anyway, I am in the market for a new microwave but will not invest in another Cookworks's product. I quite like the Daewoo being sold by Amazon though - good reviews from buyers. I will check that one out.

Why has this been expired. It's still in stock and is now £36.74

Just ordered one of these.

This is not expired!!!
