Its neither firm or soft if that makes any sense, I weigh 11st and just say with feet on floor and it sank 2 to 3 inches.
With good quality sprung beds always found you could feel the springs at times and when getting in to a cold bed you could feel the chill. Not so with foam and as said thought it might get sweaty in summer not so, nor feel the chill when cold.
Just to add bought a foam, not memory, pillow the type that's curved to support the neck from Ikea was blooming torture for one night, dumped it and now using memory ones, pity my own memory is not so good.

I'm after a new mattress. tried the temper cloud and loved it, but the cost! Im seeing the ergoflex as a close approximation but still pricy
Can anyone who’s had this mattress confirm how it’s worn? Any sagging? Is it hot?
Sick of my sprung mattress which ironically is a silent night miracoil with memory topped! It’s noisy & the springs can be felt.thanks

get it from the costco link and they have a satisfaction guarentee and you can sending it back any any time in the first year. did it with a bed recently, no issues at all
I have two of these mattresses. I would agree with the "neither soft or Firm" comment which sounds a bit strange . They provide a different kind of support which is very comfortable. Had them about two years now and haven't noticed any wear or sagging. The biggest disadvantage is that they are not very deep (about 2/3rds that of a normal mattress), which means that some fitted sheets can feel a bit loose and if you have a framed bed then it can be quite uncomfortable when you sit on the side or climb in and out as you feel the frame. Price wise they drop to £157 at least 3 times a year on Amazon. (use CamelCamel to alert you)

That’s what I’m going to do, much prefer Costco returns than Argos! Reading the reviews on Amazon put me off so having a think for a while!

Thanks I will keep an eye out & yes the depth of it put me off too! Our current mattress is nearly twice the height of this

I wouldn't take too much notice of all the reviews on Amazon that complain about the initial chemical smell. It lasts two or three days and yes it is quite strong initially but very temporary. With my second one, I just left it in a well aired, unused bedroom for 24hrs and then it was fine.
