I will recommend you a pillow, it's quite expensive but it is the most comfortable pillow you will ever try. It's called "Tempur Cloud Pillow". If you buy it from dreams you will get it cheaper then going directly to Tempur. They cost £85 each and it's a full memory foam pillow, you also get 3 years guarantee with the pillow. Feel free to go into a Dreams store and try the pillows.

If you don't want to spend so much this is a great alternative.

Or a latex pillow for £50 if £85 is too much... Mine's getting on for three years old, but still as good as the day I bought it.

been using one of these for the last couple of months, and would highly recommend. takes a couple of days to get used to using them, but are excellent when you do.
