These are always small. I have a king size on my double bed

agree with this I've bought a few over the years (mainly reduced to clear for next to nothing once winter is over) and always found it best to go a size up if possible. Currently using a double one on single bed.

Are these better than electric throws?
    ASHTON955's avatar
An electric throw is better for portability say on the sofa, these are designed to go under the bed sheets and warm your bed up

My friend sent me one when my husband died, best gift I've ever received.

Saves lot of money if you don't heat all the house like me

48479641-3IfOa.jpgMine was just delivered, along with my washing up liquid and foam burst so I didn't get the small basket fee.
    Thank op.

Slim pickins on the stock front, some singles in Birchwood today, Damart is probably your best bet.

Went to Southampton store to collect throw, saw couple blankets on king size. Even though online it says there is no stock available...

    These are great!
Some electric blankets come with timers that turn off automatically. FYI.

Got one of these a couple of years ago and it's great. Well worth the money, especially now that running a radiator costs a kidney.

Wish I'd spent a bit more for one with a timer though and, as others have said, get a size up.

absolute idiots Asda. ordered it on Monday, paid and due to collect today and got an email to say order cancelled??!!!

what a absolute bunch of idiots. if ive paid for it, it was in stock then surely they should have put it to the side so it can't be picked up by walk in customers.

absolutely fuming at the sheer incompetence.

Things happen, keep calm and carry on

Also Click And Collect come from warehouses so not the stores fault. (edited)

I'm in the process of a warranty claim and they are honoring their 3 year warranty with no quibble or hassle.

    It's been a pleasant experience.

I'm considering buying one for my dogs and leaving it under their baskets on the floor. To keep them warm through the night. Think it'll work?

Or you could just by a heated dog blanket made for the job 🐶 :/
