got 1 from asda last week £20 got the kingzise wasnt that big (but workedgreat)
do all makers make them the same size i mean if i wanted a bigger 1 woud i need a super kingsize 1

surprised anyone could afford to run these things anymore with electricity prices as high as they are!

are these supposed to go under or over you?

It's an under blanket. It says it 'Corner ties allow easy and secure fitting and it comes with a full three year guarantee.'

Actually they don't cost much to run and it works out cheaper and better than heating the bedroom just for the night sleep. The bed is warm and you can switch it off after it gets warm

Got some last year Single £3.25 Double £4.75 King £6.00. ahh the good old days

My electric blanket burns 80-100w, I turn it on for a couple of hours before I go to bed, it's lovely and toasty, and that equates to around 3p a day. My solar panels generate about the same as that, when under a couple of mm of snow :-)

nationwide deal?

They were this price before Christmas, bought one for sister in law as a gift. They have even better ones on sale at Tesco, however they're a bit more expensive (as to be expected for dual function/fleece fabric etc)!

My local Tesco had some singles.

Is it the same as on Argos?

Single £16 at Tesco

I just blast my bed underneath the quilt with the hairdryer to take the chill off.

Same, it's turned into a bit of a ritual for me and the kids lol

I bought mine from Tescos for just under £5 a few months ago. However, this is still a great price.

In this weather they are worth every penny, once youve had one youll never go back, believe me!

...any danger of electrocution with these things?

Got mine last yr, these "Kingsize" aren't that big, i have one on my double. I'm sure i paid about £15 for it, but cant quite remember still worth every penny at £20 though.
