This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I was looking for a new mattress and decided on this.

I have backache and my current mattress is very firm for me(described as medium firm when I bought it)

Decided to look for a softer mattress and this seems like a quality mattress at a decent price

100 night sleep trail too,so i can change it if I'm not happy, (mattress protector recommend they will.not exchange a soiled mattress)
I paid on my credit card just so I had abit more leverage if they are not playing ball.

I purchased the kingsize because it was available for delivery on Tuesday (there is a wait for the double around 3weeks.

Basically the deal is save a third on the normally Argos price.
Plus fern 20 is a extra 20% off
Quidco is 5% tracked around 25 quid for the kingsize.

I was going to use my brothers 10% staff discount, but he had trouble changing the delivery address so i didn't bother,

Also wasn't sure Quidco will pay out

I'm also looking for a new mattress, have arthritis in my back and neck and looking for similar to you....was just wondering why the cold votes and no reasons? I would be interested as it's a minefield trying to buy one just now and if folks had better deals that they could recommend?

To be honest I don't know pal, I think it's probably because it's pretty expensive when you can buy a serviceable mattress for like £200. ( If you don't experience discomfort etc and be perfectly happy with it.

All I know is that I purchased a different silent night 1000 pocket sprung mattress just over a year ago(about 260 I think)
And I never really found it comfortable, so I thought I would try a high RRP one, just to see if it helps.

Price is irrelevant to me, when it comes.to.my back.
Worth noting that I'm still keeping my medium firm. and this medium soft one, so.in theory I'll be able to choose the level of support I need.

I think they recommend a harder mattress with a bad back, but honestly my body is screaming nooo.

I.hope the experts are wrong on this one lol
Is it this one you bought before? hotukdeals.com/dea…595
As I'm also considering that one, I know what you mean, I'm in agony with my neck and back and like you, a painless nights sleep is priceless.
Its not that expensive compared to the big brand memory foam ones, any memory foam I've bought before have sagged after few months and felt like I was being cooked alive lol Doesn't help when my wife is of "a certain age" and like sleeping beside a radiator lol Although I did find decent memory foam ones comfy at first until they started to sag.
Worse than trying to buy a new phone this.

No it wasn't, I commented on that deal.

Mine was something like a hutton 800 or 1000, they don't sell it anymore,(it been replaced by another mattress which is similar one with a different material on the outside
I know that because I wanted to read the reviews from other people about 6 months after purchase.

The mattress has held up well though and I don't find it hot etc.
I would of purchased that 1200 pocket sprung one, but I wasn't that confident that it would be really a radical step from what I have now.

My bad back is more from having a weak core I think, so I'm going to exercise more.( I don't really feel it when I'm busy working but aches when I'm idle on this bed, ) so probably different to your needs I'm not to sure .
I think what works for one doesn't always work for others, the one I have now is too soft and my back aches in the morning, it's was highly rated and reviews where good, only 6 months old too.
I might take a gamble on the other cheaper one, I like the fact it's double sided so can flip as well as rotate, all recent ones I've bought where single sided . Good luck with this one!
Just seen on argos site something about a 100 night guarantee. Sure it said if it wasn't any good for you, they will swap it for a different one. May be handy for some.

Found it - At Argos Home we want you to get the best night's sleep possible, so we offer a 100 night comfort promise on our mattresses. Try your new mattress for up to 100 nights and if you aren't sleeping soundly, we'll offer you an exchange for one that suits you better

Yeah I did mention that, I bet it's a pain in the bum mind to utilize, but I think Argos will be decent , silentnight not so much.
Paid on my credit card just incase
Back too £919(kingsize) now so I'm.going to expire

Received mine on tuesday, very happy with it so far . It's so thick, and weights 52kg.
The delivery guys were great, they took it upstairs for me.
