found in the Wythenshawe branch. Had about 10 on the shelf and they are also on the poundworld website so they will sell them in every store
these don't keep time, I bought one and it lasted less then a day with a brand new battery and it lost time. After a week it stopped ticking.

Possibly, but only time will tell.

Yeah, if the clock works properly and keeps the time

Same experience as nosely. What is the point of a clock that doesn't keep time? Or is that the new chic?
Lots in the London Road, Brighton shop. Bought one a few weeks back. It's fine. Not noisy, still ticking, hangs fine...erm...tells the time.

Well at least now, it will tell the right time twice a day
Is this technically a deal if it's in a Pound shop and costs a Pound?

yes if it costs more than £1 elsewhere
    ie £1.99 in home bargains

That's the point of poundland/poundworld/poundnarnia, though. Everything in there is usually considered more expensive elsewhere.
You may as well post a link to PoundWorldPlus.co.uk/ and have done with it.

You can get the internals for less than a quid, if you wanted - but the resulting timekeeping would be just as bad as this clock.

Thanks for reminding me of my own humour. It was in danger of being forgotten in the mists of time.
I had one of these and it kept excellent time for the 2 weeks that it ticked for.
