Seems like a pretty decent price. Body only is around £599, and the lens goes for about £90 second hand. The next cheapest I can find this is £689, so a bit of a saving.
You can also claim a free bag and battery from Panasonic - promotions.panasonic.co.uk/pro…267

Vs the GX8:
+Better stabilisation, and a better shutter (the GX8 sometimes had a problem with shutter shock), no AA filter, better bracketing, monochrome profiles
-No weather sealing, worse battery life, tilt screen rather than articulating, smaller grip (so not so good with big lenses) and a much worse viewfinder.

Vs the GX80:
+Better sensor (20mp vs 16mp), tiltable viewfinder, a few tweaks to image processing

I had a try of a GX9 for a day, but decided not to go for it because of the viewfinder and lack of weather sealing, but I've been spoiled by the nice viewfinders and features in the G80, EM5ii and GX8.
If you've had a GX80 or GX7 and got along fine with the viewfinders on those, then the GX9 would be fine (same viewfinder, but with added tilting)

Hope that wffle ahs been a bit of help!
