    Hot!
They had these in my local Home & Bargain last year, but haven't had them in stock since
    Nasty, nasty stuff
Nice for a cheap alternative to sugar/sweetners for those who don't care/mind BUT this is an awful, misleading non-stevia product.

I bought this for my parents (both diabetic) amazon.co.uk/Now…via

100% stevia content, no chemicals no lies.

that's what I thought, the studies suggest stevia is 100% safe and doesn't cause blood sugar to spike like other sweeteners

although as he is Ronald macdonald maybe he prefers artery clogging fat filled burgers to sweeteners!

the page i found said that the South Americans have been using it for centuries and if there was anything toxic with it they would have discovered it by now

Lol, this is not stevia... read the ingredients.

    Exactly my point above. Misleading.

Are you sure that this is not a stevia based sweetner?
People get confused just because it's called truvia and is green that it's stevia... Actually it's not

While you are correct, you don't wanna start that debate.

I know, I really need to stop taking people up on these points but I hate seeing factual inaccuracies posted with authority knowing that even one person might read it and take it to heart.
Various studies have tried to prove that Aspartame is cancerous.
I honestly dont know how many studies have been conducted, but there must be 1000s.
So far, no study has been able to conclude that Aspartame is cancerous.

What is bad, is sugar. The white stuff which is used aplenty.
This stuff has been linked conclusively with obesity, diabetes and tooth decay.

Personally, I prefer (low calorie) sweetners over sugar, any day of the week.
