Yes, it's 18.5 Watt Hours and you're allowed up to 100 Watt Hours on a flight.

It's not going to be much good at charging it quicker than it drains and it won't do more than 1 charge but it'll work.

Is that a thing?

On my last trip with FlyBe they explicitly said phones could NOT be charged on board at any time.
How do you recharge it? No cables?

It was in the description. USB charging cable which will be reversible. You will need to plug it into a USB charging port just like most other power packs.

The USB cable is for charging the phone. Do you use the same cable to charge the powerpack by inserting it in a power socket that has a USB connector?

As said the usb charging cable, its a usb to micro usb cable. To charge you plug micro usb end into middle socket of the device then charge the power bank by plugging the normal usb end into a usb outlet such as usb plug or say pc/laptop.

Bought this last time. Decent little unit, however Lidl do a 1000mah unit with an LCD display for 14.99 if I remember right, a might better unit that's built to last. This unit has a weak spot on the sides as the plastic is just glued on, in hot weather expect it to fall apart.
I just bought anker 1000mah for £15 from 7days shop. I think this looks okay. If anyone got one can you tell what is the capacity for discharhing? Yes it's 5000mah but the output won't be 5000mah
Nice looking airbed.

Do you mean 10,000mAh? 1,000mAh is tiny.

If this is stated as 5,000mAh, you should get about 3,500mAh out of it (5,000/5V*3.7V minus some efficiency losses).

Yes 10,000mah. Thanks

Generally yes. You simply reverse it.

Rough rule of thumb, you get 70% of stated capacity. That applies to all powerpackd

Nope, found these fantastic little adapters, with a clip that let's you attach them to the cable and then just pop on or off as needed. They are brilliant. I'll try and find the link to the ones I bought, as I was of the same mind till I found these. I already had adapters that just popped in it off, but if you took it off you had to make sure you didn't lose it. This avoids that issue.

Edit : here you go

Type C Adapter,Micro USB to USB C Adapter,[4Pack]by Ailun,Small with Keychain,Sync and Charge,for Galaxy S9/S9+,MacBook,ChromeBook Pixel,Nexus 5X,Nexus 6P,Nokia N1 and Other Type C cable Devices[Black] amazon.co.uk/dp/B072X3TZ15/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_NlUxBb80A0CD4

Honestly can't recommend these enough, they are just great. I think they were intended so you could add them to your keychain, but I just clipped them on to the cable itself.

If you want something beefier, 20000mah powerbanks are around £20 on Amazon
Great price. Would have bought if it was USB C. Power banks are my last tether to micro usb. Once USB C becomes mainstream in them I'll finally be able to carry one cable for everything.
