Quality comment, how about justifying it. Then perhaps post a deal?

Thanks for the info.
Looks like it could be worth a purchase, thanks OP
Can you leave these on charge whenever mounted so it's always fully charged or do you have to turn the charger off? Will the battery last doing this?

I can save you 99p and wasted time. Simply send me your £50 note and I will burn it for you. I'm happy to help people.
Totally different product but I have had Silvercrest Video to DVD converter and it works a treat. It has now been going to about 3 year.

Don't know anything about the vacuum cleaner though.
This surely can't be any good for that price can it??!!
5hr charge, 20 minute run time according to the manual. Charge will realistically be quicker than that I imagine, it's a 2200mah battery with 500ma chargers, so probably more like 4.5 hours.
I have been buying their battery powered tools for years, they have been top quality and I've never had any trouble at all. I would assume the same would apply to this item. If it isn't, just return it.
Silvercrest brand has been great for me so far , some of the items are made by delongi
Ah gees gimme an Effing break!... This always happens, I just spent 170 quid on a Dyson wireless 2 days ago! I would of give this a shot

The specs on this look as good as my cordless VAX Slimvac which is excellent, but unfortunately I ended up spending £120 in December last year.

While I am not familiar with this brand, I have bought a number of electrical items from Aldi and Lidl in recent years and have always been excellent quality and they seem to honour the warranties without quibble.

I was not willing to pay the price of the Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners which many people after my purchase, tell me are powerful enough to replace a corded vacuum cleaner. I would be hesitant to say my VAX Slimvac would do this, as it doesn't seem to offer deep down cleaning in the carpet, but for a light tidy-up they are great or if you have a spillage. I would probably say this Lidl one will be similar to the VAX, going by the spec.

Just bought this and even though the manual says 27v battery it says 22.2v on battery. Seems ok so far

Ok. Have you managed to charge the battery fully prior to 1st use as par the instruction? It says this should take approx 5 hours. Just bought and charging it now.
Just got one of these vacuum cleaners and can honestly say its great value. Seems robust and is very easy to use due to its light weight. Comes with plenty of tools so you can clean almost anything. Battery takes 5 hours to charge and apparently lasts for 20 mins of vacuuming, which is long enough. The battery can be left on charge constantly according to the instructions. Remains to be seen how long it lasts but I'm very impressed with the item so far.

Is the suction any good? We have few fluffy carpets wanna make sure that it sucks up all the dirt before buying.
Feels like it sucks the same as a dyson dc58. Charging time is indeed 5 hours then 20 minutes on normal or 30 minutes on eco.

A bit disappointed that you have to remove the battery every time you want to charge it and the wall mounted cradle feels a bit cheap but the vacuum itself seems solid
out of stock within 20 mins at my nearest 4 stores ffs.

I tried three in Glasgow on Sunday - none at any. Tweeted them. They claim to be checking if they will get anymore.
Hmm I don't rate it, suction ain't brilliant
I don't think it's bad. Cleans my carpets fine. Of course would not replace my mains, but great for a dash round, stairs etc.
Mine has just stopped charging. No green led's indicating on the back of the battery. 27 volts being applied to the battery terminals, but no life in it. Will contact service in the morning. Anybody else suffering similar

Sorry to hear that. Ours still works. So far.
Any idea were i can get mains charger plz
i have lost mine
Only used a couple of times and suction very poor, unable to pick up even the lightest dust. Looks like filter is blocked and a new one is £11.00 so if this has to be replaced then total waste of money if filter has to be replaced within a few months. stay clear of this product.
