Can’t see where it says £50 cashback for your old phone?

Apologies, was too excited to post the deal, forgot one essential bit.

Here you go alcateloffers.com/gb/…ome ;-)
Just found it thanks for posting
Can you trade in any phone for that like a Xiaomi?
I'm a bit confused(easily done), But I jump through some hoops to get it for 89 quid, When I can just go over to Amazon and buy any number of phones higher speced for the some or less money.

Hope this helps: "All successful claims will receive a pre-paid postage label and unique barcodes to send your trade in device within 45 days - please note your old phone must be working, unlocked, complete and undamaged (reasonable wear and tear accepted). You must be the rightful owner and the it must be free of any contractual obligations such as leasing agreements or contracts. All accounts must be removed, your device must power on, have no water or screen damage and a working battery must be included."

It starts as £89.95.

Then, £10 through Vouchercloud
And £50 on trade-in from Alcatel

So, £29.95

Plus £15 Google play voucher, so technically £14.95

I think... At least, I've just ordered one on that basis.

I like to buy from an actual shop. Peace of mind, specially in case of troubles
Never trust the £15 Google credit. It is A HOAX. I am struggling with Alcatel for 2 weeks now. They have tried every trick in the book to push me away. I bought 2 phones with 2 septate receipts. No luck so far! 😫

Not the trade in. I have only claimed the Google play credit. But now I give up.

Isn't the £15 voucher from Argos?

Isn't the £15 voucher from Argos?

No. It is claimed from Alcatel.

I am not sure if you can claim both the £50 trade in and the £15 Google Play voucher, because one of the T&C state Participants may only take part in one Alcatel Promotion during the advertised dates of each individual Promotion.

I saw that too. Wouldn't want £15 play credit to cancel out £50 cash back
Just confirming that I got my £10 voucher code today, received £15 google credit yesterday. Will give it a go with the trade in upon 30 days of purchase.
The phone is quite good too. Using it as a second phone and as a sat nav at this moment, good speed, no lagging, no adware. Happy with the purchase already.
Thanks for your votes and comments.

Trade in deal ended 31 December
Alcatel have just told me they will not pay the £50 but have decided the phone had a scratched screen (it did NOT) and still only give me £12.

The T&C was only at the phone would have a battery and would boot up.

I think I will ask them to return the phone at their expense, and then claim the £50 via the small claims court

Be warned as you will likely get your email soon!

The T&C read "For your Trade-In Device to qualify for the Promotion, it must be a working, complete and undamaged (reasonable wear and tear accepted) mobile phone."

I don't think it's Alcatel that is recycling the old phones but a third party. I suppose if the old phone isn't worth much the phone recycler doesn't want to give you the full £50 and will try any excuse to lower or not give the trade in price. Alcatel must be funding part of it but the recycler will still want to profit.

I would have the phone sent back, so they would then have to damage your screen if it was undamaged when you sent it.

"(reasonable wear and tear accepted)" I think would cover some marks on the screen, unless they were deep marks or a lot.
