Spoke to Argos about this and the info is bull. Tested it too

Heat, a lot more Argos stores than John Lewis so much easier to access, warranty difference is 'meh', Apple support would assist in the unlikely event a fault developed in year two.

Ok, but don't complain when you get bombarded with high repair fees.

Apple will send you back to argos ... They only assist in year 2 if it was purchased from them...its the original retailer where the phone was purchased that has to sort out repair of your phone year 2 onwards..obviously they will just send it to apple lol

The customer service isn't the 'given' everyone here assumes - check the Trustpilot link.

I know, all as we ever read on here is 'will JL price match, for their better customer service' - it ain't all that, clearly.

"iphone sim lock.
Inconvenient that ipones lock to the first sim used as stated in an earlier answer. What if you don't like the service from your chosen sim provider or they hike the price. How can you get round this obvious disadvantage?

Hi Pete,

The Sim Free Apple iPhone SE 64GB Mobile Phone no longer locks to the first sim network inserted.
It will remain open and sim free. "

Awesome I went for white good and then took it back and had space grey instead as I like watching videos:) always do a iTunes back up as its a quicker process than a iCloud restore
