I have one of these and an iPhone 4.
The blackberry is awful to use, it just never does what you want it to do. Get an iPhone!!

Don't know why people but sim free tbh, it's usually cheaper to buy with a network then just switch over and port your number.

@MrKez - different strokes for different folks. For me its about freedom of choice. I buy all my phones these days SIM free, I don't want to be tied to a 18-24 month contract nor do I want the restrictions from a mobile operator. The cost difference between a 24 month contract and buying SIM free + SIM only plan with the same minutes/text/web is not that much (c £50 over two years).

Just my 2p.

I was talking more the payg side rather than crontract. It just seems most SIM freemodels are overpriced when if you look around you can get them cheaper.

I was looking in Dixons where the blackberry 8520 is £125 on Voda and about £20 more on o2. And sim free is even more. I'm just saying that if for example you wanted to go on u2, rather than buy the actual o2 model or sim free, why not save yourself a few pounds and by the Vodapjome one and switch over to u2? Wold cost alot lessthan the sim free phone.
