I'd be single just for thinking about it
As an Apple user since the original iPhone, I’ve been so disappointed with Apple in the recent years, and the iPhone X is such a poor attempt at defining the “next generation” of iPhone (I’ve stuck with my iPhone 6S for the last 2 years now)

Kudos on a deal that drops the ridiculous 999 price but this model really isn’t worth it at all.

That's every eBay Argos deal posted with this code today then...
924 for a phone??? I drive a car cheaper than that and promise you will run for longer than this thing will

For just £10 more a receipt/invoice can be supplied for the price that you said it cost
Is it cheaper then this price somewhere else?

Speaking from all your experience with the phone obviously there 😜. If you can’t afford one just say.
Personally I can. It’s a great phone. 🔥

I could buy a house on my estate for £925
OH MY GOD PEOPLE, if you don' want to/can't buy it, move on. I do not understand why are you trying to derail the DEAL. Its a fantastic phone, at a very good price and those who wish to buy it, would buy it. If you're looking for avenues to troll or provide parables of which other product you own costs just as much as this, I'd recommend a visit to the likes of 9GAG.

There is so much irony to your simple minded comment.

And, wow, you can afford an iPhone X?? You’ve just impressed the entire HUKD community. Thank you for bringing a little light into our otherwise dull and poor lives.
You're a c$£% if you think this a deal lol
You can easily get an iPhone X in pristine condition on eBay for around £700 nowadays

I don't think it's a case of being able to afford one. Its £925 for a phone, that is a lot of money to a lot of people.
Is it £75 cheaper because there's a chunk of the screen missing?

But can a house turn your face into an emoji?
I rest my case

Do they actually turn up though? Seen some new ones for £750/£800 - just seems like people are ready to rip people off

Good for you, we can all afford lots of things but that doesn't really equate to whether it's good value or not and the Iphone X just isn't. How does Apple charging £1000 for features (like wireless charging and bezel-less screen) really constitute to a 'great' phone when it's just catching up with old technology that has been available in other phones for a while? I suppose one could consider it great if they are simply dense enough to not have looked out the window for the past few years but for a special anniversary release with a far higher price than normal it also came with drawbacks like poor usage of the screen (the notch and clipping of screen space) and a lack of reason to exist in less than a years time. We'll have better phones and Apple themselves will even be including the face id stuff in the next phones anyway.

When considering it's great there's a few approaches to take, is it great compared to the competition? Well .. it caught up to them I suppose. Is it great because it'll stand out in it's own range for a while? Well ... not really, it'll be replaced in the usual time frame and whatnot. Don't get me wrong, if one had to have an Apple phone you can argue it's the best of the best of the best of the Apple best but if you look out the window it's nothing special and it came with the problems it ideally shouldn't have. In an anti-Apple fashion it just managed to seem incomplete / not designed as well as it could have been.

You can't afford one then? What your saying is funny really. If you want an iPhone x this is a good deal. If you don't like urself then why bother even looking on here and typing you're 1000 word responses as honestly no one cares. 😘

Yes, they do. If they don't, just claim your money back using eBay. Although, it might be locked away for a couple of weeks.

So same reply you gave to the other guy? You're either recycling comments or can't find a way to manage to defend the product itself without deflecting (like moaning about word count). You really have lost the plot lol.

Anyone can afford your precious iphone x, Apple sells them on finance so you can spread the costs over several months if you simply had to have one (which isn't even that bothersome considering any phone contract would just be same method). Unless you're literally only defending the basis on the idea that you honestly believe no one you've spoken to so far can afford £40 or so a month or at least that's what you can convince yourself of to ignore rationality.
