During the World Cup final on Sunday 20:00 to 22:40 there will be a 10% code (TDX-GTTP) off all items on Tesco Direct. If you plan on purchasing some electronics including phones, tv's, consoles and laptops then it's worth waiting.

    Edit: Tesco Direct lines/live chat are closed by 6pm on Sunday so options are:

    1. Send an email whilst the code is live (I'm assuming the email is time recorded) stating that you tried to phone but lines are closed

    2. Speak to live chat on Monday around the code and that you tried to contact last night but the lines were closed as you wanted to cancel your existing order to benefit from the 10% off tescohelp.com/tes…tml

    3. Wait for the code to go live, purchase the item that you have already bought and then take the previous item bought back to Tesco Direct for a refund (be 100% sure the item can be returned before doing this). Link to cancellations policy for items, check the detail as there are different cancellation periods depending on the item tesco.com/dir…age

    True, and to be honest I probably would have done if I'd really cared :). Really just after it because I fancy a new toy and haven't played with Android on a phone, and I'm a sucker for a deal :D. To be honest, they've probably just saved me £135 so I'll forgive them on this occasion

    No one knows the full ins and outs of what's right and wrong on here tbh, but you'll have seen that already, and when it is brought to light it's swiftly removed, they don't seem to like confrontation or resolve.

    You wont be able to code stack the £10 off code and the 10% code. I suspect there will be a higher topcashback or quidco offer during the world cup final - will update details on the post.

    Yes thats right. However last time there was a 15% code on for the england match, Topcashback had the code on there as well as enhanced cashback. Will have to wait and see.
