Includes Europe though which is good for most I suppose. Wait he’s to them from three after 5 years of being with them. Haven’t experienced any change in service so really good value
Does anyone know if I can use my existing Three PAYG number with this deal?
I have left Three today.

(Switching mobile operators when they closed both their shops and their customer service isn't the smartest idea, so it took more work than it should have)

I was in a similar deal from 5 months back. I was paying £9 per month, and I got £45 cashback. I was completely happy with the service and the price, and then I got a letter saying they were ending my deal and putting me into a £20 per month deal with much less data.

I don't know if I was unlucky losing my deal. Hoping I don't get a fine for ending my deal early, but customer services are now unavailable.

Almost as concerning is that both Three and Vodaphone both already have missing images and the like, showing that their tech staff aren't working either, so it's peak time for companies like this to be hacked.

How did you serve your 30 day cancellation notice? I’ve realised that they’re closed and my contract expires next month, so need to switch.
could I use quidco "£10 cashback for sim only" with this too?

The way 3 have treated me has been very poor to say the least, moving else where. Signal has been sketchy in built up areas also..

Also Wuntu is gone so no freebies like on other networks!

You can get a pac code by texting.

Text: You will need to include your date of birth when requesting your PAC reference. Text PAC and your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 65075. E.g: PAC 010190.

I believe you can do that via a text message. I'm sure I saw it on their website recently when I was leaving Three for Smarty. I spoke to someone in the end, but I'm sure I saw the text option as well.
Deal no longer available
How long is this going to be available?

It was a bit of a faff, because while I was already logged into the app, it needed me to enter my password again to leave. It wasn't accepting my password, and the reset password option never sent through an email or SMS.

In the end I found this option..

"Text PAC and your date of birth (DDMMYY)to 65075
e.g. 'PAC 071281'. "

Yeah, once you have the new contract and new sim delivered give a call to three and they will sort out for you (that's how I did last year but I would doble check with them just incase).

How did you get in touch? Had 2 months of a sim only contract left with three. Got a new phone and sim plan with three on Sunday and requested for them to switch my old number over to my new sim when filling in my details. Lo and behold my number hasn't been updated nor my old sim cancelled. I got a message that I could upgrade early about 6 weeks ago. Tried via the three app but no joy.

That's what I need to do but from a sim only contract with them to a new phone and sim contract. Trouble is you can't ring them.
