Just had sim only deal from EE,

£10 pm
Unlimited texts
Unlimited minutes
6gb data
12 month retention deal
You have the option of a trade up within 3 months

Obviously have to be in a position to cancel / leave current EE deal or contract.

What’s more, I took out the broadband deal and got the same sim only deal for £5 per month!!!!

So, for £5 I get
Unlimited calls/texts and 6GB data
(Paying £27 for broadband)

What’s the quickest way to be eligible for a retention deal? Can you just buy an EE sim and use it for a certain amount of time?
Hi OP, what included in your previous contract?

Find an offer you want to aim for, call them on 150 then select cancel / leave EE explain you want to cancel the contract, they’ll ask May I ask why etc etc and take it from there, all of a sudden they can offer you deals you can’t see

Thank you but how about someone who is not with EE in the first place?
Thanks for this, just phoned then and was offered either 2gb for £8 or 4gb for £9/month. Compared to 1gb for £14 on their website. I went for 4gb for £9/month
As Above, What about someone not on EE already. How are the Major providers coverage / quality stacking up now days ?

Not sure there dude, I would try them anyway, let’s face it, if it’s available for one it might be available for others

Get a £1 PAYG card from somewhere like Argos, get it set up, call 150 and ask for a PAC code and see what they can offer.
Got a deal as a new customer, 10GB for £10.40 after unidays discount.
Thanks for this I just phoned them and mentioned I seen it on here and they put me on this nice 10 quid saving a month
I got 40gb for £20 and all three kids on 500mb for £4 each have extra 5gb for broadband and gift the data to the kids. We use about 7gb each a month so have some spare incase we need more. Shame it is not on max plan

I asked for a steak and a blow job... they said no.
Is this retention deal permanent or does it go back up to full price after 12 months.
Actually scratch that. Just rang EE and got the offer.. It is permanent

Hi, How much left on your old contract?
ee broadband is utter rubbish and they slow you down at peak times
Just spoke to EE and the best they could offer me was 10Gb for £17 per month. Will call and try again later.

EDIT: Just spoke to someone else and got it, thanks OP!

Ah. I’m trying to get this for a relative who’s currently with 3. While they could get the same deal with Virgin, EE has WiFi Calling
Thanks for this! I've downgraded to this now as I wasn't using anywhere close to my 15GB allowance.
Just rung the retention people and got this. Beware, you have to specify the deal. They also want to know where you hear about the deal.I did say others have got the deal, Many thanks Storm
Didn't want to lose my friends and family discount, so pretty much got the same deal at about £9.80 after discount.
Yeah got this deal. It’s the 1GB SIM only plan with 5GB free. Existing customer at the end of contract.

Nice to have the free 6 months Apple Music again.

Just rang up for my pak code, was out through to retentions, mentioned the deal and was given it immediately. Does this include useage abroad? I forgot to ask!
33599700-tX0Qm.jpgCan confirm all 6gb can be used within the EU

Did you get it again? They said I couldn’t have it ? Did you just do the “music” to 150 thing again?

I called up and asked for it to be applied to my account and they did it straight away, no quibble.
Looking for something like this for my kids. How best to get a good deal as a new customer on PAYG or pay monthly?

Lucky so and so, I asked and they said that I couldn’t as it’s Apple policy, I’ll try them again and say that FunkyMonkeyBoy said I’ve to get it
