Hey folks! This offer was recently 9gb for £10, but given that Plusnet have decided to throw in a £25 reward card, this seems worth sharing

Poor service
Worth noting that if you are a PN broadband customer, they'll give you an extra 2GB per month.
Despite Plusnet supposedly having decent coverage in my area, the phone drops signal constantly. Not so with BT sim or EE sim so it can't be a phone issue. Tied to a contract for another 9 months I'm sure Plusnet is fine for some areas but I'll be moving ASAP.
I've been a PN customer for over a year now and I have to say my roaming speed and connections have been better than in the UK probably because EE is not interfering :-)

There was a 30 day aim with 9GB of data for the same price about a month ago.
Never had an issue with them and UK based call centre too.

Poor service

Agreed, get days when I can't even send a text straight away. Got to try about 6 times for it to work.
It looks like the 30 day sim 8GB sim is the same £10, so you're getting £25 to lock in for 12 months.
Luckily I've got the 30days simo with plusnet. The service in my area is horrible compare to my ee last time. Will have to switch soon. Any good Vodafone deal around? Thanks.
I had very bad experience with them, No gift card & on month 6 lost all data and
never had it sorted until I closed contract 6 months later.

Never again with these people!
Tip! I have 4gb for £10 called to increase my data and they put me on 10 gb a month for no extra cost and didn’t extend my contract!!
i have 2 plusnet sim and they are not reliable at all for calls. often cuts off or won't connect when you make a call or are being called. i will be looking to leave when the contract is up in April. their customer service is no longer what it used to be.
Have some heat. Happy Plusnet customer here
BT don’t give plusnet customers access to the 4G 800mhz frequency so coverage is reduced.

Yeah that's a real shame.... surely they'll have to allow it soon as they refarm the 3G network for 4G/5G

I’m with BT mobile who do allow the 800mhz but don’t support visual voicemail or cellular for the Apple Watch . I get 100GB for £20 and had a £85 prepay card back (which I immediately paid on to my BT account) so that deal out weighted those extras for me.
Reading on various mobile related forums it seems they want to keep EE as the main player and by restricting these extra features on BT and plusnet it keeps EE making the big bucks.
