Why is it cold for you?

Hot from me though.......

Only showing 500 mins on link

This deal is for 3GB and 500 minutes for £8pm.

Tethering

It's a good deal, but I was already on 4GB for £8 with plusnet, and I've just got my pac code for the Virgin deal - 5GB for £4, 1500 minutes and loads of texts so might be worth checking out. It's not a retention - seems to be for everyone:

Virgin and Plusnet both piggyback on the EE network, so should get exactly the same coverage.

I've done the same😄

Very bad customer service in my short experience with them. Signed up to a similar deal a few weeks ago. Ported old number etc but I wasn’t able to ring people on three network (who my partner had just gone sim only with). They eventually said it was a problem their end (after phoning many times, waiting ages in queues etc.). Sent me a new sim which still didn’t work. Then wouldn’t try and sort anything for me so I left within 14 days. They made it awkward for me wanting to leave and finally tried to help.

i'm also having problems with customer services and porting my number. I've been waiting 9 days so far. My number is not active on my old provider, and not yet ported to my new plusnet sim, so have had no texts or calls during that time, and still not sorted. I'm just told to keep checking each day....for something that they told me should have been done within 24 hours!! If I leave now, I would lose my old number forever.

not a bad deal and went for it - ditched voda after many years of unhappy service!

Don't forget topcashback - £11 - although mine has tracked at £10

this is more mins texts and data for half the price and free whatsapp

Everytime I see and hear that guy from the Plusnet advert I feel an impending urge to want to punch him in the face

Does their roaming include tethering whilst abroad? If so, that's a great deal, nearly half the price of my similar 3 contract (which is up shortly)

Do Plus Net have better customer service than Virgin? I have had multiple bad experiences with Virgin's.

Assuming they still don’t have WiFi calling available?

Have any MVNOs (on any network) yet?? BT Mobile seemed the nearest but even they have contiually postponed it!

I've just missed the Virgin Mobile £4 deal
I'm currently with Plusnet and changed my tariff to this one using live chat within a couple of minutes.

When I spoke with Virgin Mobile, they couldn't only offer me something like this deal for £9 a month, but said that I should call back when their black Friday deals are on.

Worst customer service. No app for your mobile. So hard to get hold of them to discuss any issues. I cancelled within my terms and they sent a new bill. Took another 1 hour to get sorted and cancelled. Whole experience put me off forever. May be offering a good deal but the customer service are the worst I have experienced so i can truly recomend you avoid Plusnet for mobile.

Totally agree with the terrible customer service & waiting times. Forced to leave after my 30 day rolling contract came to an end. Too many errors & no accountability from anyone. Never again 😔

Bought this deal before seeing it on here lol hot from me tho!

Plusnet stitched me up. I got this deal today via live chat but on checking the email they've only given me 1000 texts! I complained and was told that there's nothing I can do until the end of my next billing period and then I can choose a different tariff.

Plusnet customer service sucks!

Not enough mins. Over recent years seems more data and for what? Wifi is everywhere

These plusnet deals have they got a time scale or are they a permanent deal if you take one out?
