You still pay for EA access, therefor it's technically not 'free', is it?
Heat added!
Did they have diablo 3?

Yes you pay for ea access and if you have it then why spend £10 on a game that’s included I know about physical copies being more of an interest in some cases but still if you’re a person who has ea access why spend £10 on a game that in all fairness will bore you after a few months

It's all personal preference. I personally prefer to physically own my games, then if worse case scenario I do get bored I then sell it on/trade it etc for something I do want. I have no interest in paying £10 a month for EA games, when 9/10 they're pretty naff or have little to none replay value

But if they have no replay value, surely they have no resale value?
Is this any good? I remember playing the original for the pc and loved it.

I'm not sure you read and/or understood my comment :/

I was thinking if you’ve got bored with a game it’s likely been out a while and therefore most others will be in the same boat so it will have a low resale value.

Games like FIFA, F1 and Madden amongst others are an annual event, after 6 months they are worth very little.

I have a mix of 3 physical and 20 odd digital.
The physical were simply so cheap as older titles I couldn’t resist, hence I know I’m getting £5 games just a year or 2 after release.

Do a little research and you’ll find sim games hold value reasonably well as they aren’t an annual game like FIFA. You could buy this and play it for 12 months at 9.99 and still sell for a profit. This game on Xbox one is still selling for £20+

One mans rubbish is another mans treasure.
