Was looking for a Wireless USB Adaptor for my old laptop which seems to be struggling to catch the wifi and came across this one. Seems very cheap and has cracking reviews.
any ideas where i can get a dual band one that has 5g and 2g comparability but the signal range is wide? ive got one in my PC but it barely manages to get 3mb when though i'm on 100mb broadband
Would this be compatible if connected to a smart tv?
5Ghz on a dongle this size wouldn't be worth it unless you were very near your router/access point (same room)
The cheap unbranded 2.4Ghz nano adapters you can get for £1.50 - £2.00 work just as well as this would. I've been using a couple on older laptops for a few years without issue.
