Reasonable price for this and good for sleepovers if there's very limited space. You could even mod the pullout and use for storage, or what I'd want to do is pop train set and track under there so my daughter could just pull it out and play

It's very basic overall, I know. You'll need your own mattresses to add to it, as this is for the frame and pullout only.

Price includes delvery

Excuse my basic and rudimentary 30 second PAINT.net attempt to clarify, but for those concerned about trampling guests to death, you know the base wheels right out, like the sketch above right ? It's not fixed to the main bed in any way. You could even put the pull out section another room, or garden for that matter if that floats your boat. When you're finished sleeping in the garden you can store it below the main bed again after a quick pressure wash to get rid of the spiders. Don't use the flame thrower as it'll most likely burn.

It will be slightly raised from the floor, not really different than a normal bed. I had a similar one.
Thank you OP
Voted hot, this is good for the price. Not ideal, but does the job and for this price is probably worth a try.
We had a similar one and TBH it was not the best. Very flimsy, did the job but broke twice in 2 years as it was too light weight. However, we've paid about £300 for it including the mattresses and I believe it was too expensive considering the quality.
If this takes you up to £200 with the mattresses, and if you use it on occasional basis, it probably worth a try. If more expensive, you will probably be better off with a sofa bed. We are waiting for our sofa bed delivery from Argos, £320 with the code, but there were cheaper alternatives, Dunellm had some for £280, Argos for £270. And if you have space, there are lots of click sofa beds for £100-200.

you put a mattress on the slats. Isee no difference whether slats are a few inches or several inches from the ground. Plus the pull out is supposed to be for occasional guest use not as somebodies permanent bed. Hence called sleepover bed.

If you wake up in the middle of the night or really need the toilet you dont think "someone's on the floor next to your bed" accidents do happen

Defo a design fault

And where is the button to activate the auto pull out...I mean you have to bent down and manually pull the lower bed out...

I'm too old for bunk beds I sleep on luxury bed (king size)
Hot deal. I paid £50 for a second hand one in the charity shop.
(Frame, not mattresses.)

It’s hard to find a good deal on a trundle bed.

that's so funny. Some people are just so ridiculous. Having said that thinking back I do remember when I'd sleep with other friends on the floor they d get up at night to go for a wee and most of the time stamp on your leg or something, so careless could never understand why they couldn't be more considerate and mindful I mean I would always tread carefully but then that was just me

Are you ok?
I guess with lack of space this would fit perfectly. You can always get from the bottom, or top of the bed if someone sleeps in the trundle section, I mean, the frames are not high, so it is possible. And it saves a huge amount of space. For the people stating would be cold, there is fitted sheets, normal sheets, duvets, thrown, you can add for warmth or even a fleece pijama. If you don't have space for bigger or extra beds, or problems with mould, I think this is perfect. At least your not sleeping directly on the floor, even though I know some people who would prefer it.

I would prefer cats to dogs but I don't like animals that can eat you
Thanks op
You'll need a thin trundle mattress which is going to push the price up quite a bit if bought separately. I'd recommend paying slightly more with a seller that includes the mattress. I bought a cheap foam mattress with my trundle bed last September and the basic mattress is surprisingly comfortable.
Great for kids or manchilds with a nasty wife who they need to divorce
Do they sell a double bed version so my wife and her boyfriend can sleep in it whilst i sleep in the pullout bed?
It's gone

That definitely does exist as a bed, I've seen it on sale 2nd hand a long time.
Thanks OP ordered.
I've got one of these but lost all the bolts when moving, has anyone got an idea where I could get a spare set from?
