Seems like a decent DIY welder. Voted Hot, even though there are none to be had in Northern Ireland.

Good luck to those that can get them.
Great price on a diy/hobbiest Mig welder. Ideal for car body panel jobs as really only suitable for mild steel up to 4mm,More expensive welders are hard to set or far to powerful . The gas alone is around £14,add regulator, handheld mask and other bits and you aint paying alot. One reserved,Perth.Do i really need another Mig?No but i getting one, lol,,,Thanks poster
Thanks for posting, managed to locate one, just need something to weld!.
Unbelievable price for a MIG welder. Perhaps they want you to buy £14 bottles from them, so it's a loss leader? They don't last very long!

Best is to buy (not rent) a large bottle from a welding supplier for approx £90. Refills are £30 and contain 10 times the amount of gas.
Thanks for that. Ordered one from nearest Halfrauds (South Reading) branch. Got there, they produced the welder, no box, no accessories, someone had even had the shroud off. Presumably an ex display model and they lost the box with the accessories.
Very helpful sales assistant - called Oxford road branch and confirmed they had one in stock complete boxed with accessories. Short drive later, job done.
