I swear by SIS as a whole and good to get 50% off. I've used the Sports Direct ones which can be cheaper but they dont have the same effect.

£18 for 80 tablets, i quite like the mojito flavoured high5 on wiggle, got enough for the year at £2.70 a 20 pack.
seems to be sold out and regular flavours are now £3.50

HiFive are good for the price TBH but still prefer SIS personally, especially the energy bars/gels.

tablets i guess are very similiar and its personal taste, i dont mind the high5 gels, a bit sickly, some flavours of sis are good, others terrible for me.
my favourite recently have been the powerbar gel satchets the vanilla and the strawberry/banana are like rocket fuel,,

I prefer SIS for their gels, rego and electrolyte powders. For Energy Bars , definitely Cliff bars (peanut butter flavour)
