Been looking for a pair of Shape Ups for a while. They are normally £89.99 which is pretty expensive for a trainer, but apparently these things work magic so definitely worth a punt.

This is the cheapest I've been able to find them. I think it also includes a DVD on how to walk correctly. If a 30min walk at lunch in these is even remotely close to going to the gym they'd be well worth it.

---
Make the most of your walking work-out with the Skechers Shape Ups. With Shape Ups, you can change your life and your fitness without setting foot in a gym. Shape Ups are not like other athletic shoes. This is a new way to walk and exercise.

How it works
Designed to improve your life by changing the way you walk, Shape Ups feature a unique, soft kinetic wedge insert and dynamic rolling bottom to simulate walking barefoot on a giving surface that gives, such as sand.

With the comfort of Shape Ups, you will feel your heel sink to the ground as you step, roll forward as your weight shifts to its center, and push off with your toes. This movement will result in stronger leg, buttock, back, and abdominal muscles as you stabilize your steps.

Colour: Silver / White / Grey = £68.46
Silver / White / Pink = £74.95

Some feedback on why people are voting cold would be appreciated. I hope it is not just because you think they are silly. I actually want to buy them so if there is a better deal out there some help finding it would be nice.

I might be wrong on this but I think most people prefer to go for the Reebok easytones because they have lots of different styles ranging from flipflops, casual trainers to gym style runners. The other ones look a bit............... (look at me ish whereas the Reebok's are less inconspicuous)

That's only my summation I might be wrong but my sister was in the market for a pair of shape up trainers and dismissed the skechers style ones out of hand.

Debenhams have a sale, 25% off at the moment and use a 10% off code from here. Probably cheaper ?

Thanks for the info. The Shape-ups are currently down to £72. If you are able to get an additional 10% off on top, then it would end up cheaper from Debenhams. I've already ordered from amazon. Too bad. It only cost me an additional £4 though.
