What has happened to ice cream these days? The ingredients of every ice cream I seem to pick up in the supermarket always reads like a lab experiment. What happened to cream, eggs and simple proper ingredients?? The main ingredient in this is water??? How on earth is this ice cream?
Interesting I bet these are lovely

How many E numbers (rhetorical question)

I wouldn't worry about E numbers too much. They sound sinister but often can be simple ingredients, like in the skittles one above, the colouring e162 is simply beetroot red.
Expired I guess. Showing up as £3 online.
