Sorry @MrSwitch but battery life of 3 hours is no longer acceptable, with just 2 more recharges from the case. For the same price, my Anker Zolo Liberty gives me 6-7 hours per charge and another 3 recharges from the case. Yes, it was a great deal but similar ones are available.

Not voting either way.

So you've used those Ankers for 7 hours continuously in a single session ?
Identical ones to these, but branded Dudios for £19.99 on Amazon. Lasts at least 5 hours and can easily get another 5 partial charges or 3 full charges from the case before it needs recharging itself.

No problem, but what's the sound like on these then, as some people actually buy based on sound as well.

Yep, single charge. Kept them out of the case as I wanted to see how long they go. Another product with a long battery life is PaMu Slide which I got via crowd funding. I am happy with the sound on the Zolo Liberty and the Slide.

The sound is really clear, I'm quite happy with them. I think it's bass-oriented but I'm not an audiophile.

Also, I havent had an issue with the battery, it lasts me a while. However, I just use them to and from university.

Good to hear (no pun intended)

Thanks for the info
I have these for the gym so shorter battery life isn't an issue. Sound is decent enough, there are a few proper reviews out there for the model. Only problem I have had is with charging in the case sometimes, you have to make sure the little red charging lights come on before closing to be sure charging has started.
Not sure if these are the same ones in Lidl,

Had look at my local store they had a couple, not many, if anyone is interested might want to pop in at your local store too.

You're right, basically skull candy took the cheapest generic earbud from 2017 you can get in China, rebranded it and sell it 4 times its price, not a good deal

Impressive. Thanks for that. It says 3.5 hours on their website so they must only mean a single bud.

I ended up going for these instead, even though i've already got 4 sets of wireless earbuds

Not quite 8 hours per charge, just 7, but they've got a fast charging facility in the case as well as the APTX noise reduction chip amongst other things.
