Thanks for this @zhangqixu I've had to edit the price because my understanding is that this isn't a 24 month contract but a 36 month credit agreement -

Your figures don’t seem right your using 24 months in 36 months contract, I think if you use 24months you have to hand the phone back and upgrade with them so paying £1000 to borrow iPhone for 2 years
Sorry I thought it’s 24m. Didn’t go through to checkout

Let me know if you think changes need to be made [Image]

I think the swap option price is the amount they give you when you send the phone in on a new contract and not what you pay them

Totally agree!!!! I kind of understand what they are trying to do BUT have a 2 year contract and then have a “swap” price if you would like to have a new phone, if u don’t you keep yours not pay for another 12 months!!!!!

My Sky Mobile topcashback took 18+ months to (finally) pay out, must gave raised a couple of dozen chases with TCB who were being given the brush off from Sky. So don't depend on it.
Sky seem to be at it, regarding the iPhone 11 pricing...ALL of their iPhone 11 prices are about 12-15% higher than Apple's prices...

For example, the phone above, where Sky list the retail price as £1182 is actually £1049 on Apple's site...and it's the same story on all iPhone 11s...

I phoned Sky and asked about this, and they told me a load of rubbish, firstly saying that the £1182 is the retail price set by Apple...I said, no it's not, it is £1049 on their site, and that is them selling at the retail price.

Then he said that everyone is selling at Sky's price of £1182, and again I said no they are not, every site I have checked (carphone warehouse, O2, Vodaphone, Very...everyone) is selling the phone at £1049...why are Sky selling it at £1182, and stating that it is the retail price...he wasn't able to answer it, but said that when you take out a contract, the price goes up...so I countered that with them advertising it as interest free...so obviously it isn't then is it?

I also said that if I bought the phone as a one off from Sky, the price was still £1182, so the buying over 24/36 months is irrelevant...

The conversation ended then, because he had no answers...but obviously Sky are marking up the iPhone 11 by 12-15% and pocketing the difference...
No 5g so not much longevity in this phone

I wonder if they have done this as they have a “deal” on now where you can cash in 50gb of data stored in your piggybank for £90 off the phone. I think they think some people are mugs!!
