Had this sky offer drop in the post today for 60% off for 12 months and £100 Credit (Every Bundle included) for returning customers. Not sure if this is benefits you but I thought I would share.

this should be the minimum that you get, been around for ages. the £100 normally ties you into another 12 months but they will wave this if you take a smaller credit. Keep pushing with them and they will give you a deal that's for sure.

Good deal. I got this last year and effectively got the basic sky free.

Better of asking for a discount on a package i think, I'm getting a £24pmx12 discount on Family bundle and no 12mth contract.

How do I view the picture to see t&c's etc???

Could you post a bigger picture so that we can read it. Sometimes there is a code you need to quote to get the deal.

We've just left Sky as we were out of contract and paying over £80 a month for a fairly average TV/Broadband/Phone package & BT offered us a better package (HD & Fibre) for £44 a month. Sky weren't in the least bit interested in even coming close to matching BT's deal, just offered to strip away half our package to reduce to £60 a month. Can't wait to tell them where to shove this deal when it drops through my door...

no they dont tie you into a new contract , its a 30 day contract with a 12 month offer so you can cancel on day 31 or cancel once the credit has been used, and you dont need a code , just log onto your account and at the bottom of the "my sky" page click on the "thinking of leaving sky" and talk to the online retentions team

60% is the standard for getting you to stay or rejoin... I recently moved and the deal sky offered me was 60% off TV, a free Samsung tablet and a new box but they wanted a new 12 month contract so said no

I got this last year. The £100 credit meant I got sky free for 3 months, I wasn't tied into a contract either - worth it even if you cancel it after the 3 months.

Why is this cold ?

We took up this offer and took out the cheap package and with the % off and the £100 credit it works out that they are paying us £4 to have sky for 12 months.

They've just offered me the basic package free for 10 months with no tie in and 60% off anything I add. Had to leave them first and took about 6 weeks to call me with offer.

Anyone managed to get a decent deal from sky when moving house? Im moving in a few weeks and out of contract not sure if they would suss me if i applied as a new customer or not

Sky keep writing to me asking if I've been waiting for the best deal... well here it is!

And they keep offering 33% off for 5 years (subject to yearly increases natch), tied into an initial 12 month contract and, here's the kicker, if I want to change my package at all then I lose the deal!

Oh how I laugh every time I receive this extra special and very time limited offer every 3 weeks of so for the last 6 months since I left.

Might take them up on some offer like this one though if I ever move house so I can get freesat on my telly!

Been telling my in-laws for years I can save them a lot of money off their sky package,if they just let me ring up for them.I had many years where I only paid 50% for 12 months offers.I eventually left sky completely,as I was sick of the price going up...they did offer 75% off for 12 months, but I still left.
Anyway, rang up for my wife's parents last week, stating it was getting to much for pensioners to pay,and the fact that they have never had a discount offered in the 10 years they had been with sky,and after being placed on hold, the cheeky bit said they would give the a 10% discount, for 10 months.unfortunately instead of remaining calm, and asking if they could do any better,or they would still like to cancel,I lost my rag at the pathetic "offer".She kept saying that was all they were allowed to offer...so I told them to stick it...I feel a bit bad now,as their sky will now get cancelled next month.

I did the same thing Cumbrian hammer, 10% is the most they would offer which is pathetic spent ages on the phone as well will defo be looking into a new supplier!!

I kept getting this offer over and over, eventually when they rang and made the same offer again i told them offer wasn't good enough. They asked what i want and i said half price for a year on family bundle as i didn't need a new HD box or the Galaxy 7" tablet. they actually bettered it and offered me 66% off for 12mths with no new contract (30day cancellation) and 2 months free. SOmI'm paying just under £12 for the £32 family bundle.

I wonder if its worth just taking the basic package and then adding the sports and movies afterwards via TCB/Quidco to get cashback ?
I'm assuming the 60% off would still be applied to any additional channels added.

Am I missing the catch here? At £8 per month for the basic Sky bundle (£96 total for 12 months), with a £100 credit which can be used towards the bill, I can effectively take advantage of Sky for a year and promptly cancel again at the end of the 12 month term £4 richer? I'm very tempted but it seems far too good to be true!

I just got this deal today, took me ages to get it, I tried chat and phoned but got nowhere so cancelled eventullay I got this deal but it was hard work. My package is sky family with sports&movies, HD pack, talk anytime, unlimited broadband not fibre, multiscreen £62.38 a month plus £100 credit so effectively £54 a month
